We Spent Our Honeymoon in a Caravan in the Scottish Highlands
My new husband is the outdoors type. I knew that when I married him, but I was still surprised when he suggested that we honeymoon in the Highlands in a rented caravan. It just didn’t sound very romantic to me. I was so wrong. He had gone online and googled “caravan sites scotland” to find a few parks in particularly beautiful parts of the country, some a little more rustic than others. We spent our days exploring woodlands and old castles, swimming in pools or rivers, and enjoying the beauty all around us. We spent our evenings in the cozy privacy of our honeymoon caravan doing what any newly married couple would enjoy.
