So Many Search Engine Changes Confuse Me

There is no way for an average person like me to keep up with the technological changes that continue to happen these days.  I have a small dress boutique with a quaint little website that I really want to be seen by the masses.  I was unable to figure out how to get it out there myself, so I hired helped through an seo agency.  Now I found my niche and am hitting the top in search engine rankings.  I am on the first page consistently and my little dress boutique website is getting all kinds of great feedback from visitors.  I am making more money now than I ever have in my life.
