Karate Helped Me To Get Fit

I was a chubby person before and now I slimmed a little.  I tried so many events and diet a lot.  A friend of mine suggested that maybe joining a karate class could help me slim down a bit.  So I started joining a karate class to lose weight but have accomplished much more than that.  Since joining karate kick-boxing classes, I have not only been to lose weight but also allowed me to feel better and fitter everyday.  I also obtained a more heightened sense of grace balance and agility.  It helps build self-confidence and self-defense skills for various situations from sparing drills to tournament sessions.
