Barbecue Grills Types- Pellet Grill

Fueled by sawdust compressed with vegetable oil or hardwood pellets are the pellet barbecue grill . The pellets are loaded into a hopper and then into a firebox beneath the grill, with an electric powered auger, functioning using a thermostat.  An electric rod ignites the pellets, until they turn into coal inside the firebox. The types of pellet grills you are likely to find have a square shaped hopper box at the side or at the end. When you want to do slow smoking, you could turn a pellet grill into this smoke mode. It is good when doing low temperature grilling.  It is a perfect BBQ, a smoker and a smart grill.
