How To Make The Most Of Your Time At The Gym

My workplace has a gym on site, and I like to stay after work and get in a weight lifting session as often as possible. I could tell that my upper body was needing more of a challenge, but I wasn’t sure which reps would produce the look that I wanted. I had heard that jason ferruggia had created a system that worked very well, so I went online and took a look. Once I implemented his plan, my upper body started to bulk up and my muscles were much more defined. I am so glad that I was able to see the change in such a short time.
