I love nice hot baths

The best thing in the whole world for getting rid of stress is a nice hot 30 minute bath. I have tried various methods for reducing stress over the years from mediation to self-hypnosis. And for me, they were all good to some extent but what I fine works amazingly well is taking a nice long bath with bath fizzies. They can be dropped in the water and really add to the experience of the bath by making it prettier and making your skin even softer when you get out. This is important if you’re going to be soaking in the bath for at lest 30 minutes which I recommend for the full benefits.
