Model Trains Make Great Birthday Gifts

Choosing what to get my son for his birthday is not easy. His tastes do not incline towards video games and he’s too young for some of the modern high tech toys out there. I decided to look back to the years past and some of the more traditional toys children used to love. My final decision was to purchase a model train set for him to put together and enjoy. I was stepping out on a limb because I thought that he would either love or totally dislike this gift. When he opened the boxes, he sat back in awe at the thought of creating his own world of trains. The idea intrigued him, so much so that he is already saving to buy extra pieces.
