Making a New Roof Part of the Deal
My wife and I were in the process of shopping for a home. We had been looking at so many homes but so far there is one that we like the best. It is an older home and we love the style and construction but the only thing we do not like is the roof. We didn’t like the material or the color and it was not in very good shape. Our realtor talked to the buyer and they said that as part of the sale they would agree to let us choose any style of roof tiles we liked and would have it done. We were very happy with that and now have a great home with a new roof.
