The Benefits of A Good Night’s Sleep

As a worker in the medical field, I often work strange shifts at varying times of the day and night. After about two years on the job, I noticed that I simply wasn’t able to get a good night’s sleep anymore. I felt restless when I lay down, or I found myself waking up throughout the night. I always felt tired the next morning, and as though I was going to fall apart on the job. I felt like there was no solution. Medications for insomnia tended to make things worse, and I wanted to find a solution that would allow me to get some natural sleep without needed a prescription.
