Building a six pack is not all about dieting
If you are looking to get a firm 6 pack then there are certain things other than simply dieting you need to do. Firstly you need to build the muscle. Start doing slow sets of about 12-15 reps in each. Make sure you eat enough protein and when trying to put on muscle you will need to have an excess of calories in your diet to build the muscle.
