Dirty Bathrooms Are Number One Complaint on Store’s Comment Cards
One of the main complaints that I receive on our store’s comment cards is that the restrooms are dirty or that the soap dispenser is out of order. I took it upon myself to discuss the issues with the housekeeping and maintenance staff at our last meeting. The informed me that they were over budget and that they run out of supplies quickly. I did a little comparison shopping between various commercial cleaning companies and found one that provides weekly deliveries and stocking of supplies as well as products that are affordable. I informed my staff that the problem would be resolved within the next few days.
