Bankruptcy Isn’t the End of Your World
Bankruptcy may spell the end of your business but not the end of your world. You can avail of bankruptcy protection if you file for chapter 11. You may lose your properties and business but bankruptcy laws in some states allow you to keep your home and some basic needs for the family.
After you file for bankruptcy, the courts will assign a trustee to take possession of both your assets and your problem. He will be the one to worry about how to pay back your creditors. That at least will remove some burden of your shoulders. You can then start fresh right after your bankruptcy.
